Income tax return can also be filled with the help of paper forms, which the individual has to properly fill and send in an envelope which is provided along with the tax form package. This envelope contains the address at which it has to be posted. In case the individual doesnÂ't have such an envelope, he can post it directly to the appropriate Internal Revenue Service Center of the state.

Individuals can avail of the option of income tax forms being mailed to their home address. There are many other sources too from which income tax forms can be collected. These sources are post office, libraries, banks, and of course the Internet. Forms from internet sites can be downloaded and printed.

IRS Income tax forms are not only to be filled by individuals who pay tax regularly but by those individuals also whose businesses or some estate properties are passed on.
